The manufacturing plant of Dongzheng is comprised of machining line and assembly line, among which the machining line incorporates gear processing line and CNC lathe line. Our assembly line is consisted of AC motor assembly line, DC motor assembly line, and automatic production line for AC motor armature.

1. CNC machining center
We have introduced an automatic CNC machining center, which features high processing speed and automatic cutter replacement. Its repeat accuracy is controlled within 0.01mm, and the processing precision reaches 0.005mm.

2. Fully automatic production line
This production line is set for punching, rotor processing, and motor insulation treatment. It is able to produce 1200 DC motor rotors every day.

3. CNC lathe workshop
Equipped with 16 CNC lathes with different specifications, this workshop is used for processing accessories whose outer diameter is lower than 300mm and length is no more than 500mm. The repeat accuracy of our CNC lathe is 0.01mm, and the processing accuracy reaches 0.005mm.

4. Gear processing workshop
We have introduced 30 sets of CNC hobbing machines with diversified specifications for processing different gears. Spare parts whose outer diameter is no more than 125mm and modulus is within 3mm are finished here. The machining precision reaches level 6~7.

5. CNC hobbing machine
The CNC hobbing machine with automatic feeding device features high working efficiency, stable performance, and 6-level of processing accuracy.

6. AC motor assembly line
We have 3 AC motor assembly lines and 1 automatic AC motor armature production line. Each line can finish over 1000 sets of motor each day.
