With over 10 years' manufacturing experience, Dongzheng has the powerful ability of providing clients all kinds of custom gear motors. We have collected 15 talents in the R&D team, which has ever cooperated with the Micro-Electro-Mechanical Research Center, Hangzhou Dianzi University, and Zhejiang University to develop gear products.
Automatic production line with a daily production capacity of 1200 DC motor rotors
a. A fully automatic armature production line;
b. Several semi-automatic armature production lines;
c. 5 assembly lines;
d. 30 CNC hobbing machines with different specifications, for producing spare parts whose gear module is smaller than 3mm and outer diameter is no more than 125mm; the processing precision reaches level 6-7;
e. 3 machining centers featuring high efficiency and automatic blade replacement; the repeat accuracy is controlled within 0.01mm, and the processing precision reaches 0.005mm;
f. 16 CNC lathes with different specifications for processing spare parts whose outer diameter is no more than 300mm and length is less than 500mm
Our inspection system is comprised of motor testing room, gear testing center, noise testing room, accelerated life test chamber, and other testing instruments. These machineries have powerfully supported our experiments conducted for product development and performance test.
We are able to design motors basing on the parameters and applicable environments clients have required. Besides, quality inspection is also compulsory and indispensable in the production process. So we have additionally equipped armature tester, integrated motor tester, among other testing devices for our motor production line.
Permanent magnet planetary DC gear motor for low-speed juicer
A leading home appliance supplier in Korea, Company C, ever came to Dongzheng, wanting us to develop a kind of permanent magnet planetary DC gear motor for their low-speed juicer. They raised a variety of requirements, that the performance of the motor should be superior than the performance of motors currently existed in market, that the weight and volume of the motor should conform to the E-commerce sales needs, and that the price can't be too high.
According to these requests, Dongzheng asked the R&D team to design the drawings. Finally, the finished product we handed over clients is a new highly efficient planetary DC gear motor, whose efficiency is 15% higher than that of the motors in current market. Besides, we have cut 1/3 volume of the motor and reduced its weight by 2kg. This DC gear motor won us 3 national patents. Till 2015, the sales volume of the gear motor is kept at about 100 thousand sets each year.
Company M is a leading manufacturer in the service robot industry in Israel. They have cooperated with us since 2006. Generally, they will have a product upgrade each 2 years. New robot product means new requirements for gear motors. So Dongzheng develops and offers them new motor products as long as they have new robots on the market. Till 2014, it has been the 4th generation of gear motor we have developed for them. This motor was then put into production in 2015, during the year of which about 100 thousand sets of the motor are produced.
